With the
potential to save up to 88 million tons of CO₂, the C&I segment is poised
to become a cornerstone of Europe’s climate strategy — driven by projected
annual growth from 33 to over 40 GW until 2029, resulting in around 185 GW of
new capacity over the next five years. Economically,
the C&I sector proves highly effective: according to our europe-wide
Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) analysis, the average net benefit stands
at $0.15/kWh. While leading markets achieve values as high as $0.22/kWh, less
mature markets reach around $0.08/kWh. Adding to
its appeal, system costs for typical C&I installations fell by 20% in
Q2/2025 compared to the previous quarter, as reported in our PV Price &
Inventory Tracker.
